Great location and staff, I loved it. My checkin was the best.

Fabulous hotel, we loved the helpful staff and impressive room. The restaurant was not too far from the venue.

I loved every detail here, including location and rooms, that were perfect. There were large beds and an electronic key card, a work desk and a TV set inside the room. Chicago tube station was 10 min away. The place was reasonably priced.

Everything was perfect, had a great stay on my next Chicago visit. It was in a central setting close to everything.

Got well laid out, delightful with a laptop, the AC and the bathroom.

Loved our stay, had good 2 days overall. The venue was set in the central position so close to downtown with and the riverwalk.

Great, cozy room with a laptop, the bathroom, the AC. The staff was knowledgeable, I had a fantastic stay. Stores and a supermarket were right next door. Also, this hotel was located 1 mile away from Riverwalk.

Everything was nice - central location and terrific service. The room was where toilet did n't flush. The restaurant was nice here, I had fresh dishes.

I enjoyed our stay, the staff where especially helpful and the location was decent. Updated unit with a standard decor. Hot drinks at sushi bar, marvellous service. All in all a stunningly beautiful hotel and wonderful stay.

The weather was wonderful, had TRULY MEMORABLE stay. The lobby was sleek and fairly clean. Simple location, within walking distance of everywhere. There were warm, cosy rooms with the bathroom, a laptop, the AC.

Internet was terrible.

Hotel was situated adjacent to tourist destinations like chicago theater. The location was perfect, with Io Godfrey nearby...

We tried some restaurants, including Wildfire which boasted a wonderful cuisine. Our favorite hotel in Chicago, we recommend it. Venue had comfortable beds: D
